Admission Process

The admission process for all early education programs typically starts with a tour of the school with the Director.  Summer program participants may also receive a tour if requested but it is not necessary for attendance.  During your visit we will discuss our program, tour the campus and spend time together to ensure that our program is a good fit for you, your child and your family.  Tours typcally last anywhere from 25 - 45 minutes as we take you though an active classroom, spend a few minutes on the playground, and visit with the bunny and pool (summer only).  We spend as much time as needed to answer your questions.  The director is flexible in scheduling tours and can accommodate a time to meet that works best for you.

Early education & Bunnies

While enrollment typcially opens in early January for Early Education, you may submit a registration at anytime for the year in which your child would attend.  Currently enrolled students receive priority when filling out class lists followed by those who submitted their registration forms the earliest.  Bunnies program participants may enroll at anytime throughout the year and may start as soon as space is available. You may print and bring in enrollment forms, scan and email, or we can provide them to you on your visit.   Submitting a registration along with the fee secures your childs spot in the program.  Once registered, you will receive a confirmaiton of your child's enrollment by email.  Visit and Orientation days occur in late August with school starting shortly there after.   You will receive additional information in the mail in early August ahead of any visit days.

summer program

Registration for the summer program opens in mid-January, check back with us in December for specific dates.

We hold an open house / visit day in March and May for our summer program.  While not required for admission, the open house gives your child a chance to see the school and meet the teachers ahead of joining the program.  Registration forms may be printed and brought in or scanned and emailed or we can provide them at the school.   On the registration form you will be able to select your days/ times of attendance.  Submission of a registration form and fee secures your child's spot in the program.  You will receive an emailed confirmation of your spot and times when registration is received and will be required to create a log in to our parent portal. Through the portal you will be able to verify information, answer a few questions, view your account balance and make payments if you wish. Instructions on registering for the portal will be provided with your confirmation email.

extended care

Registration is on a first come first serve basis with preference given to those already enrolled in the early education program as well as alumni of the extended care program.  Registration may occur at anytime during the year provided there is room for your child.  You may print and bring in registration form, scan and email, or we can provide them to you if you visit.   You will be asked to review the Parent Handbook and review the discipline policy prior to taking part in the program.
